Mohamed Al Maktoum

CEO

Mr. Mohamed Al Maktoum holds the position of Chief Executive Officer in GIC. His responsibilities mainly include comprehensively coordinating the overall operation and development strategy of the company. He is in charge of integrating the internal resources of the company, controlling the business direction of the company to ensure that the company remains competitive in the global consulting market. He also supervises the work progress and performance of each department, coordinates the senior management team, and makes final decisions on major company decisions.

Mr. Mohamed Al Maktoum graduated from Northwestern University in the United States with a bachelor's degree in Management and later obtained an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Robert Anderson

Managing Director

Mr. Robert Anderson's responsibilities involve managing and operating the company's daily business. He focuses on maintaining and expanding customer relationships, establishing and maintaining long-term and stable cooperative relationships with important customers. He is responsible for the specific implementation and quality control of projects to ensure that the company's services can be delivered to customers efficiently and with high quality.

Mr. Robert Anderson graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in Economics and later obtained a master's degree in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ahmad bin Khalifa

Director

Ahmad bin Khalifa serves as the director of the geopolitical risk analysis department in GIC. His responsibilities include leading the team to conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of global geopolitical risks, with particular attention to changes in the situation in the Middle East. He is also in charge of establishing connections with international research institutions and relevant government departments of various countries to obtain first-hand information resources and provide accurate geopolitical risk warning and coping strategy suggestions for the company's clients.

He graduated from the United Arab Emirates University with a bachelor's degree in International Relations and later obtained a master's degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates for many years, responsible for coordinating and negotiating diplomatic affairs with neighboring countries. After that, he joined Bain & Company and accumulated rich experience in geopolitical analysis and international affairs handling.

Sara Al Nahyan

General Manager

Sara Al Nahyan holds the position of general manager of the strategic consulting service department in GIC. Her duties involve comprehensively being responsible for the operation and management of the company's strategic consulting service business. She deeply communicates with clients from various industries to understand their business requirements and development goals, and formulates personalized strategic planning schemes. She also leads the team to conduct research on global market trends and industry dynamics to ensure that the strategic suggestions provided by the company are forward-looking and feasible.

Sara obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah and then completed an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She has held important management positions in Emirates, participated in the planning and implementation of multiple multinational projects, and later worked in McKinsey & Company, focusing on the strategic planning and business expansion of enterprises in the Middle East.

Alexander M. Grey

Chief Consultant

Alexander M. Gray is the principal consultant in GIC's Intelligence and Research Division. The responsibilities are to coordinate the company's intelligence collection and research work, establish an efficient intelligence network covering information in multiple fields such as global politics, economy, society, etc., and guide the team to screen, analyze, and integrate the collected information to form an efficient intelligence network.

Alexander M. Grey has more than a decade of expertise in analyzing international relations and intelligence trends. Proficient in strategic risk assessment, political forecasting and crisis management. Expertise in leveraging a deep understanding of global dynamics to provide actionable insights to business leaders and government officials. Holds a master's degree in international relations, specializing in geopolitical analysis.

Oliver Thompson

Human Resources Director

Oliver Thompson is the Human Resources Director of GIC's Human Resources Integrated Management Department. Responsibilities are to assist in the formulation and implementation of human resources planning and policies; support the recruitment and onboarding process and control quality; coordinate training and development work; assist in performance management; assist in salary and benefit management; be responsible for the maintenance of personnel files and information systems; handle employee relations-related matters wait.

Oliver Thompson holds a master's degree in international relations and intelligence studies. More than a decade of experience working with leading geopolitical analysis companies has given him a broad global perspective and keen insight. In his past work, he was good at risk assessment, intelligence analysis and strategic planning capabilities, which also brought him unique advantages in human resources management. Like analyzing market intelligence, he can accurately assess the strengths and weaknesses of talents and select the most suitable talents for the company. At the same time, he can also use his communication skills and problem analysis skills to provide employees with clear career development plans and solutions, help employees grow, and build a high-quality and dynamic talent team for GIC Intelligence Company. Fluent in English and proficient in French and Spanish.

Emily Williams

Manager

Emily Williams holds the position of manager of the government relations and advocacy department in the company. Her responsibilities are to maintain and expand the relationship between the company and government departments of various countries, actively participate in policy advocacy activities, represent the company to express industry demands and policy suggestions to government departments, coordinate internal resources of the company, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant government policies to create a good policy environment and public relations for the company.

Emily obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yale University and then a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. She has worked in JPMorgan Chase for several years, mainly responsible for the analysis of international financial markets and the formulation of investment strategies. Later, she entered the consulting field, focusing on consulting services in the field of combining economy and geopolitics.

David Hughes

Department Head

David Hughes is the head of the scenario planning and strategic foresight department in GIC. His responsibilities include leading the team to carry out scenario planning work, constructing multiple possible future scenarios based on factors such as global geopolitics and economy, being responsible for strategic simulation and evaluation under different scenarios, providing clients with planning suggestions with a long-term strategic vision, and organizing the team to regularly update and optimize scenarios to ensure that the company's strategic foresight service keeps up with the times.

David graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor's Degree in History and later furthered his studies at the University of Oxford to obtain a master's degree in Regional Studies. He started his career in PA Consulting Group and participated in many projects involving affairs in Europe and the Middle East. He is good at analyzing geopolitical issues from a historical perspective.

Yuta Suzuki

Department Head

Yuta Suzuki is the head of the specialized services department for specific industries in GIC. His responsibilities are to be responsible for the specialized service business for specific industries such as finance, energy, manufacturing, and technology. He deeply understands the characteristics and requirements of each industry, organizes a professional team to provide personalized consulting solutions for clients in different industries, and cooperates with other departments of the company to integrate geopolitical analysis and other services into the services for specific industries to help clients gain a competitive advantage in the industry.

Suzuki graduated from the University of Tokyo majoring in International Relations and Political Science and later obtained a Master's degree in International Political Economy from Waseda University. He has worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, responsible for handling international relations affairs in the Asia-Pacific region.
